We provide AMC according customer requirements and special Comprehensive AMC (Spares covered in AMC) for specific equipments. An AMC reduces production losses and relieves our customers from maintaining a spare parts inventory. ATS ELGI takes total care of workshop equipments which eliminates the need for our customer to employ a technician.

At ATS ELGI, we understand that the auto service industry has become extremely competitive and in-depth training of personnel is a crucial factor in customer satisfaction and retention. We have established a highly advanced training center that enables auto service employees and their customers to gain knowledge, skill and confidence about handling automobiles and related service equipment.

The ATS ELGI Training Center offers intensive training on both theoretical and practical aspects that arms technicians with core skills, experience in the latest technology, and confidence required to undertake automotive service, and problem diagnostic and resolution.

Located at the Private Industrial Area, Kurichy, Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu, the ATS ELGI Training Center is dedicated to helping automotive service stations and OEMs train their technical staff in the handling and maintenance of garage equipment. Training includes an understanding of theoretical concepts and practical knowledge. The workshop, where trainees receive hands-on experience, resembles a modern garage equipped with the most advanced equipment worth US$ 0.2 million. Trainees are given the opportunity to work on superior technology, such as crash repair system with electronic measurement, nitrogen tyre inflator, and various models of lifts.

Our training programs are structured for all categories of employees and garage customers

The center has two customized classrooms fitted with audio-video equipment, product animations, trainer kits, and cut sections that are highly effective in the learning process.. The trainings are conducted by qualified and experienced instructors/service experts.
Training Center Activities
Apart from technical expertise, the training includes development of sales skills. We provide customized training for sales and service personnel, and dealer engineers who interact directly with garage customers. The training is not just for handling ATS ELGI automotive equipment but also other brands of garage equipment.

Registering For a Course
You can book a course by sending an application form to the training center by fax, e-mail or post. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing three weeks prior to the commencement of the program. Each participant will receive comprehensive instructions through the company that has made the booking one week before the commencement of the program.
Fees
The course fee has to be paid three weeks before the start of the training program. On receipt of the payment, the necessary proof of receipt will reach you. Bookings done within 21 days of the start of the course must be made with full payment. Fees are payable by cheque or demand draft in favor of ATS ELGI Limited, Coimbatore.

Course fees include tuition costs, course material and refreshments. Cancellation or transfer of confirmed bookings have to be notified to us within three weeks of the start of the program. A substitute may be notified, if a substitute cannot be found, refund will be made as follows:
  • 100 percent of the fee if the cancellation is notified at least three weeks before the starting date
  • 50 percent of the fee if the cancellation is between three and two weeks before the starting date
  • No refund if notice of cancellation is given less than one week prior to the starting date.
  • Minimum Batch size for the above training is 4.
  • Fee includes service tax
At the end of the program, the participant will receive a certificate on the basis of performance and attendance. Participants are advised not to make any other commitment for the duration of the program.
Course Schedule
Training programs start at 9 am and complete at 6pm, with a lunch break of 45 minutes. Accommodation is not included in the course fee. Although the training center does not arrange for individual hotel accommodation, our staff will be pleased to assist you to make the necessary arrangements with hotels nearby. Light refreshments during coffee break and buffet style meals are available during the programs.
