It offers a variable speed rotation via the built-in inverter technology gear box with motor which controls the speed of the turntable dependent on the torque required when mounting/demounting the tyre while pressing the pedal.
What is the Inverter Technology?
Based on the load, the inverter technology determines the optimum speed at which the machines should run. This is achieved by using VFD (variable frequency drive) motors that run at variable speeds. Due to this, less energy is consumed
In the Automatic tyre changaer, the motor and Gear box are directly coupled withoutusing belt and the motor is variable speed inverter motor, it given the variable rotation to the spindle depends on the input voltage while pressing in the pedal
Feature and Benefits:
1. Variable speed operation starts with 5 RPMto max 22 RPM–While pressing the turn table rotation pedal slowly, turn table rotates minimum RPM and pressing hardly it will rotate Maximum RPM.
2. No tyre breakage – If tyre got heavy load while mounting or demounting we rotate the turn table very slowly and make it without breakage.
3. Motor directly coupled with inverter gear box – It will avoid rotation slips and It helps to convert full torque directly to the turn table so power loss not happened while doing mounting or demounting.
4. Low power consumption & High torque – Motor directly coupled with gear box so easily convert the rotation of the motor so power consumption is very low and no belt usage for rotation so motor torque directly converted to machine without loss.
5. No belt operation so no slippage in the bigger tyres – In the normal tyre changers used belt for operation in that machine big size or heavy tyre mounting and demounting heavy pressure will hold the turn table that time belt rotation may be slipped so motor only rotated but Automatic INV Tyre changer this much of problem not happened due to belt not used.
6.Demounting head is made of special material, the 41mm diameter hex bar can deal with all kinds of run flat and low profile tyres mounting and de-mounting
7.The tyre changer adopts tilt back structure, the column can be tilted back and forth, it is driven and locked by air cylinder
8. The pedal assembly features an ergonomics Italian design & a Robust structure.
9. Square type bed mounting & De-mounting is easy for all type of tyres.
10. Self-centering four jaw claws.
